Guidelines and Important Notes
We strive to provide the best service for everyone, so we operate on a 100% reservation basis by adjusting reservation times and the number of guests. We kindly ask all members of your party to adhere to the reservation time.
Service will commence from the reserved time.
*If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled, and the reservation fee will not be refunded. Please be sure to contact the store in case of delays.
*As there is no waiting area available, we ask for your understanding that entry is allowed only 10 minutes before your reservation time, and at 5 PM, entry is permitted only 5 minutes prior.
*We aim to create a cultural space where you can enjoy meals and drinks together, so we operate a no-kids zone. Each guest must order one glass of wine/non-alcoholic beverage or one wine bottle/non-alcoholic bottle per team, along with one main menu item per person.
*Non-alcoholic wine cannot be substituted for beverages, and can only be substituted for pregnant women and teenagers.
*All menus are not fixed. There may be days without special menus, and some items from the existing menu may be difficult to prepare or subject to change based on ingredient availability.
*Steaks can only be ordered with a minimum of one day's advance reservation.
*If you have any allergies, please inform us in advance.
*Reservations before 19:00 have a table usage time of 1 hour and 45 minutes.
*Outside food is not allowed (cakes are only permitted for ceremonies).

[Reservation Fee Policy]
The reservation fee is 20,000 KRW per person (fully refundable after the meal).
0% refund for same-day cancellations and no-shows.
30% refund for cancellations made one day in advance.
100% refund for cancellations made two days in advance.
If the number of guests decreases on the day of the reservation, a loss fee will occur as we will not be able to accommodate other guests. The reservation fee per person is non-refundable.
