1. Allergies and Avoided Ingredients
Our restaurant operates with a single course menu, so if you have any allergies or ingredients you wish to avoid, please inform us at least one day in advance to allow for alternatives. We appreciate your understanding that same-day requests may not be accommodated.
2. Reservation Changes and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes to the date or number of guests can be made up to three days prior to the reservation date, and it is assumed that you agree to the refund policy below upon making a reservation.
If changes/cancellations are made up to three days in advance: Full refund
If changes/cancellations are made 1-2 days in advance: 50% refund
Same-day cancellations or changes, or no-shows: We appreciate your understanding that refunds are not possible.
Additionally, please note that if the actual number of guests is less than the reserved number, the meal charges will be based on the reserved number of guests.
3. Seating Assignment Information
Seating is assigned in order of reservation, starting with the most preferred seats. We appreciate your understanding that specific seating requests may not be possible.
4. Pairing Drinks Information
The alcoholic beverages included in the course are served by the glass per person,
and we kindly ask for your understanding that sharing drinks with guests beyond those who ordered them or requesting additional glasses is not possible. Additionally, if you cancel pre-ordered pairing drinks on-site, the reservation fee will not be refunded.
5. Anniversary Lettering Service
As a small gesture for birthdays or anniversaries, we will include a short message with a candle on the dessert. (This service is not available for occasions other than birthdays or anniversaries.)

6. Entrance Information
Entry to the restaurant is allowed 10 minutes before the reservation time,
and we kindly ask for your understanding that waiting inside the restaurant is not possible to ensure food preparation and the quality of service for previous guests. We appreciate your punctual arrival at the reserved time.
7. Meal Duration and Process
The meal will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
For smooth operations and the comfort of other guests, we would like to inform you that requests for expedited service may be somewhat difficult to accommodate.
