Chef Nam Bok-chun of 中華福春 graduated from the Culinary Department of Yangzhou University in mainland China and was awarded a degree for a thesis on the comparison of food ingredients between Korea and China.
After gaining extensive practical experience in the local area, I served as a Chinese cuisine chef at IHG (Intercontinental Hotels Group)
before opening the current 中華福春 restaurant.
