1. All menus at Jushindang Hongdae are made fresh daily using seasonal ingredients delivered from all over the country. Additionally, there are cocktails and food menus that can only be tasted at Jushindang Hongdae.
2. Since the lineup of traditional liquors may be somewhat unfamiliar, we provide tasting services based on your usual preferences or any liquors you are curious about, and orders can be made through tasting.
3. A welcome kids zone allows visits with infants. If you are bringing children, please make a reservation in a private room in advance for a more comfortable dining experience.
4. We have rooms that can accommodate 4 to 8 people, allowing for private gatherings, dates, or group meals in a cozy setting.
