Lift Pass and Rental Package Notes
* The rock slope will operate normally during the 25/26 season.
* If you do not have your mobile ticket (barcode), you will not be able to issue or use it.
* This pass can be used without distinction between adults and children within the validity period.
* The time pass type can be used for the duration indicated from the first entry at the lift gate, and it will not be deducted during slope grooming times.
* You cannot board the lift without wearing a safety helmet.
* Equipment rental is available for either skis or a snowboard, and clothing and helmets are separate.
* For equipment rental (skis or snowboard), please return the equipment within 1 hour after completing the use of the lift pass. Additional charges will apply if the return time is exceeded.
* For the equipment rental package, the lift pass and equipment rental cannot be used separately.

* The slope will not operate during the early morning hours from Monday to Tuesday (23:00 to 03:00).
- (During the late-night ski operating period)
* The time pass type cannot be carried over for unused time until the ski resort closes on the day of use, and refunds for remaining usage time are not possible.
- Refunds for remaining usage time are also not possible.
* Once purchased, the time pass type cannot be changed (usage time).
* The ski resort's slope operation schedule and hours may change depending on operational policies and weather conditions, so please refer to the official website before use.
* Safety helmets can be rented at the Vivaldi Park Main Center. (3,000 to 5,000 KRW / hourly)
* Children must be accompanied by a guardian when using the facilities.

Ocean World Notes
* You can use your ticket starting from the day after purchase within the usage period. (Same-day purchase cannot be used on the same day)
* Please capture and present one mobile entry ticket (barcode) per person at the gate. (Note: Disable dark mode before capturing)
* You can use the ticket on weekdays/weekends without distinction between adults and children within the seasonal validity period.
* Aqua shoes are mandatory
- Non-waterplay external footwear cannot be used as aqua shoes
- No sandals, slippers, or trekking sandals
- Crocs are allowed (products with a back holder for water play, not external footwear)
* This ticket includes access to indoor lockers.
* You can use the sauna during your time at Ocean World. (Sauna rental fee is 5,000 KRW)
- Life jackets are not included, and towels can be rented on-site for a fee. (Personal towels are allowed)
* On-site rental fees: Life jacket 8,000 KRW, towel 1,500 KRW (per piece)
* Some facilities may operate in a cross manner due to facility inspections and safety checks.

* Infants and children must be accompanied by a guardian.
* When using water park attractions, individuals deemed physically unfit (such as those under the influence of alcohol or pregnant) may be restricted from riding attractions at the discretion of safety personnel.
