• As of February 1st, the morning opening waitlist will be temporarily suspended at 9:30 AM (*subject to change later).
• The opening time for Lotte World Mall is '10:30 AM'.
• Remote queuing is available daily from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Please understand that changing categories after the intermediate visit confirmation notification is not possible.
• While waiting at London Bagel Jamsil, if you register for another store within Catch Table and are seated, your wait will be canceled.
• If all bakery menu items are sold out while waiting, your wait may be canceled.
• Depending on the quantity of bakery items, the wait registration may close early.
• Please understand that there may be sold-out bagels upon entry.
• We are calling in order of the waiting list.
• If you wish to dine in and take out, please register for dine-in waiting.
• A notification will be sent before your entry order: dine-in is 3rd, take-out is 10th. Please wait around the store.
• If you do not visit within 10 minutes after the entry notification, your wait registration will be automatically canceled.
• If you use the defer option, you will be placed at the end of the queue.
• Please use the parking space at Lotte World Mall.
• The estimated waiting time is the minimum wait time and may increase depending on the store situation; we appreciate your understanding.
