'Koorimachi' means 'ice (こおり koori) + town (まち machi)' and has been renewed with the image of a quiet Kyoto village known for its bingsu and dango. With the new name, we plan to focus even more on Japanese-style desserts.
Even if the business name changes, we will continue to uphold the following three philosophies.
One. The kakigori/dango menu does not contain synthetic flavoring agents or colorants.
We make everything by hand with great care over a long period, including condensed milk, red bean, fruit sauce, and dango.
Three. We will create unique and fun desserts. (I am considering continuing with the curious 'caveman' character concept.)
Experience the thrill of breaking a cream brûlée bingsu with a hammer and marvel at the flames of a fire bingsu, feeling like a primitive person. It's an exotic and delicious experience that will leave you amazed.
I hope everyone who visits the Primitive Cafe feels as if they have discovered great fortune, just like the primitive man who discovered fire.
