Booking Information

• The Signature and Noble Health Checkup Packages require approximately 3 hours to complete. To ensure a comfortable and efficient experience, we recommend visiting in the morning.

• Smart Health Screening Reports are available in multiple languages, including English, Chinese, Russian, Mongolian, and Japanese, for the convenience of international visitors.

Payment Information

• Payment is made on-site on the day of your visit.

• We accept internationally issued credit/debit cards and cash.

• No prepayment is required.

• No cancellation fee will be charged.

• Please notify us at least 3 days in advance (excluding holidays and Sundays) if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Before Your Health Checkup

1) Appointment & Arrival Time

• Health checkups are conducted by session and in the order of arrival, rather than at an exact appointment time.

• The appointment time selected during booking indicates your assigned session only. Morning Session (7:00 AM - 10:00 AM) If your reservation is between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, you may arrive at any time during the morning session. - Afternoon Session (11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) If your reservation is between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, you may arrive at any time during the afternoon session.

2) Fasting Before Your Health Checkup

• To ensure accurate examination results, please fast for at least 8 hours before your appointment.

• During the fasting period:- Water is permitted.- Please do not consume any food, coffee, tea, milk, juice, soft drinks, or alcohol.- Please avoid smoking and chewing gum.- If you are taking prescription medication, please consult the health checkup center in advance.

3) If Your Package Includes Gastroscopy or Colonoscopy

• If your health checkup includes gastroscopy (upper endoscopy) or colonoscopy, please follow the preparation instructions carefully.
  - Fast for at least 8 hours before your appointment.
  - Follow all bowel preparation instructions provided for colonoscopy.
  - If you choose sedated endoscopy, you must not drive or operate machinery after the examination.

• Colon Examination (Colonoscopy or M2-PK) - If you wish to include a colonoscopy or M2-PK stool test, we recommend making your reservation as early as possible.

• Kit Pickup (Bowel Prep kit for colonoscopy, M2-PK kit) - The preparation kit must be collected no later than 3:00 PM on the day before your examination. **Please note: If the day before your examination falls on Wednesday, the preparation kit must be collected by 11:30 AM due to the center’s operating schedule.- When collecting the preparation kit: Please visit the health checkup center where your examination is scheduled. A valid passport is required for pickup.

4) Information for Female Examinees

• Urine tests, breast examinations, and gynecological examinations should be scheduled at least 7 days after the end of menstruation.

• If there is any possibility of pregnancy, please inform the center before your examination.

• Pregnant examinees cannot undergo X-ray examinations, gastrointestinal examinations, or gynecological examinations.

• If you are breastfeeding, please notify the center in advance.

• Sedated endoscopy and contrast-enhanced imaging are not available during breastfeeding.

• Breast examinations are recommended at least 6 months after breastfeeding has ended.

• Before cervical cancer screening, please avoid sexual intercourse, vaginal creams, and vaginal douching for 24 hours prior to the examination.

• Please do not use vaginal suppositories within 72 hours before the examination

5) Health Checkup Results

• Health checkup results, including the English translation, are generally available within 2 to 3 weeks after your examination. You may choose one of the following delivery options: - Pick up your results at the health checkup center. - Receive your results by email.

6) Medical Images (CD Copy)

• If your health checkup includes imaging examinations such as CT or MRI, a CD copy of your imaging results can be provided on the day of your examination.

• If you would like a CD copy of your imaging results, please request it in advance when making your reservation or before your examination.

7) What to Bring

• Please bring your passport on the day of your health screening.

8) Cancellation & Rescheduling

• There is no cancellation or rescheduling fee. However, to help us prepare for your appointment and provide the best possible service, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellation or schedule change at least 3 business days in advance, whenever possible.
