Seat Information
1. After making a reservation on your preferred date, check the mobile voucher or the voucher sent by email.
2. Please check the tour course, which varies by month. Please come to the meeting spot by 13:00. Please find the flag below at the meeting spot.
3. After the tour, we will move to the SBS Prism Tower.
4. After waiting according to the staff's instructions, we will head into the studio.

• After getting out of the exit 9 of 'Digital Media City Station' on the Airport Railroad Line, go straight for 5 to 10 minutes.
Then you will see the SBS PRISM Tower building. → Find the STAFF in charge after reaching the building
1. This tour is only available for foreigners (not available for Koreans).
2. Reservation might not be possible depending on the broadcasting station's situation. If it is impossible after making a reservation, the CS team will contact you via email.
3. This is a tour led by 'tour staff', so admission by yourselves is not allowed.
4. You must submit your personal information through the link provided in the email.
5. Mobile phones must be kept with the screen facing down.
6. After entering the studio, it is prohibited to take pictures and record videos inside the studio, and if caught, all materials will be deleted and you will be forced to leave.
7. Personal behaviors inside the station are absolutely prohibited. Please make sure to follow the staff's instructions.
8. Please contact the CS team (op@seoulpass.kr) by 16:00 7 days in advance to change the reservation date.
9. Re-entry is not allowed once you leave during the show.
10. We recommend using the restroom before entering.
11. Suitcases and large bags are not allowed inside.
12. Outside food is not permitted, except for bottled water.
13. You must provide your real name exactly as it appears on your passport or ID card.
14. Entry may be denied if the name does not match, in order to prevent ticket transfers and resale.
15. Guests under the age of 15 may enter only when accompanied by an adult guardian. (Children under the age of 10 are not allowed to enter regardless of guardian accompaniment.)
16. Seats will be assigned on the day of the event and cannot be changed arbitrarily.
17. The organizer is not responsible for any accidents or injuries caused by personal negligence.
18. For your safety, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
19. THE SHOW is a live broadcast program, and you may appear on camera during the broadcast. By participating, you are considered to have agreed to the use of photos and videos taken on-site.

20. Height Restriction for Standing Tickets (Up to 165 cm) : Guests taller than 165 cm are not permitted to enter the standing area. If a guest is found to exceed the height limit upon verification at the venue, their standing ticket may be changed to a seated ticket. In this case, a refund is not available.
21. If the broadcast schedule changes, the tour may be canceled, and only the show viewing may proceed.
* The tour course is subject to change in case of rain, heavy snow, or extreme cold.
* As the course includes several uphill paths, we recommend wearing comfortable sneakers on the day of the tour.
• No refunds will be issued after the period specified above.
• No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
