1. Please make sure to arrive at least 5 mins before the departing time.
2. The schedule may change depending on the weather and traffic conditions.

4. Infants under 36 months are free of charge. However, no extra seat will be given.
5. This product only offers shuttle buses. Therefore, an admission ticket to Nami Island will need to be purchased separately on-site.
6. Kindly ensure punctuality for boarding. The bus leaves promptly at the designated time.
7. For both your journey to Nami Island and your return trip to Seoul, you'll be using the same bus. Make sure to note the location where you board and the bus's number.
8. Only water is permitted on the bus; other food items are not allowed.
9. One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk email section.
10. This product operates without on-site guide. For more detailed instructions regarding the departure, return, and arrival procedures, please refer to the following information.

• No refunds will be issued after the period specified above.
※ • Tour date change(reschedule) after 10AM(KST) one day before the tour: - A date change fee of 50% of the reservation amount will be charged. However, suppose you submit a medical certificate or prescription issued by a medical institution in the country where the tour takes place. In that case, the fee will be waived only for the individuals specified in the document. The required documents must be submitted within three days of the original tour date(KST).
