※ We recommend below two locations, but you can change the specific start and departure locations within the course distance where the pedicab can travel. Please coordinate the location with the rider when they contact you 15 minutes prior to the tour.
1. Anguk Station Exit 1
Recommended for those using public transportation. Exit through Exit 1, and the pedicab will be waiting next to the Artist Bakery on your left.
2. National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art
Recommended for those driving. After exiting the museum building, the pedicab will be waiting in the spacious area where you can see the entrance to the Gyeongbokgung Folk museum.
1. Each Pedicab can accommodate up to 2 adults, and one child under the age of 4 can ride for free.
2. Each Pedicab can carry up to 150kg.
3. While there is a 3-seater rickshaw available, its usage may be subject to availability. (Please request to check before you make a reservation.)
4. If you don't want to receive a historical commentary, please inform the Pedicab rider separately.
5. The tour includes walking, but for guests with mobility issues, the tour can be proceeded entirely by Pedicab. However, please note that places inaccessible by Pedicab may be passed by without separate notice.
6. The assigned rider will call 15 minutes befoer the tour.
7. Specific details for the starting and ending points can be discussed. Please inform the assigned rider during the call.
8. While the start time can be delayed, the tour must conclude on the scheduled time.
9. If your desired date and time are unavailable, our CS team will contact you via email.
10. The tour may cancel under the following weather conditions. Based on the weather forecast from the Korea Meteorological Administration website.
(1) Temperature below -5°C
(2) Temperature above 38°C
(3) Rainfall exceeding 5mm per hour
(4) Snowfall exceeding 1cm per hour
(5) Wind speed exceeding 10m/s
(6) Yellow dust warning / Fine dust warning
If the tour becomes impossible due to the weather conditions the day before, you can adjust the schedule or receive a full refund.
• 50% refund if canceled by 17 (KST), 1 day(s) before travel date
• No refunds will be issued after the period specified above.

※ You can change the date after paying a 20% No-Show fee.
※ In case of tour cancellation due to natural disasters such as snow or rain, a full refund will proceed at the operator's discretion.
