4. Enjoy your tour.
1. If the tour is canceled due to the operator's circumstances, we will notify you via email at least 1-2 days in advance.
2. April ~ October is Baseball season, November ~ March is Basketball season.
3. Watching baseball game takes over 2~2hours 30minutes, Please note that you may not be able to watch the entire game with the guide.
4. It can take up to 2 hours to watch a Basketball game and you can leave early.
5. Local food experience is available before and after the game, and the specific schedule will be announced separately after the reservation is confirm.
6. The tour start time can be adjusted after the reservation is confirmed. This will be announced separately after the operater confirms the reservation.
7. Dinner prices are included in the package, and additional alcohol will be charged separately.
8. The rainy day, baseball stadium may be replaced by Seoul Gocheok Stadium or the tour may be canceled. (We will inform you in advance.)
9. Your booking covers the ticket / meal cost but it does NOT guarantee a secured ticket. The ticketing opens 7 days before the game and please note that there can be a cancellation/additional charge required depending on the ticketing situation.
• No refunds will be issued after the period specified above.
• No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

※ If the game is canceled on the reservation day due to rain : 50% of the total experience fee will be refunded.
