3. Please arrive on time on your reservation date and present the voucher.
4. Proceed the experience.
1. If it is impossible to make a reservation with your desired date and option, the Travolution CS team will contact you via email or phone.
2. All procedures are reservation-based, so please be on time. If you are late, your time will be deducted and you may not receive all the services you want. In this case, a refund is impossible.
3. On the day of your visit, please dry your hair after shampooing and apply light skincare products. (High Nutrition Cream X, White Sunscreen X)
4. For customers who need to change, it is recommended to wear buttoned clothes or a zipper-type dress.
5. Normal operating hours are from 10:00 to 18:00. If you make a reservation before 10 o'clock, an additional KRW 11,000 per hour for an early start will occur, and you can pay by card or cash on-site.
6. It is hard to communicate fluently in English and Japanese, but you can communicate with a translator.
7. Makeup for wedding photo shoots, wedding ceremonies, and wedding makeup for parents of the bride/groom are not provided.
