The Rainbow Boat Tour offers a view of the Moonlight Rainbow Fountain Show, which is listed in the Guinness World Records.

Experience Process
60 minutes
• Wait to board- Safety training(10 minutes) - Boarding (5 minutes) - Tour (40 minutes) - Disembarking the boat (5 minutes)

Everyday 19:30 PM / 20:30 PM (Two sailing times)

1. Make the reservation after choosing the desired date and time.
2. Check mobile voucher or email voucher.
※ Voucher will be sent after the operator confirms your reservation.
3. Please arrive on time at the experience location.
4. Please present your voucher at the ticket box to exchange it for a physical ticket, then proceed to the boarding area.
1. Ticket checking and boarding will take some time so please do not be late. Any passengers who are late to board will be considered as a cacellation on the day, therefore, cannot be refunded.
2. Please follow the safety instructions from the staff and avoid any behavior that might cause trouble for other passengers.
3. Depending on the weather conditions and wind strength, the boarding status may change.
4. Pregnant women, elderly and drunk passengers are not allowed to board.
5. Foods are allowed to be brought on board(Not alcohol), however, food with a strong scent that may disturb other passengers may be asked not to take in.
6. The public parking lot at Hangang Park is available, however, on the weekends or public holidays, the parking lot will be busy so please consider taking public transport.
7. Simple drinks and snacks are sold in the customer waiting room. (Non-alcohol wine, non-alcohol beer, soft drink).
8. Any reservation is unavailable due to the operator's circumstances, you will receive an email from the CS Team.
9. Infants under 24 months are free to board, however, please note that infants must bring a document(e.g. Passport).
10. Wearing a life jacket is mandatory and it must not be removed inside the boat.
• 50% refund if canceled by 17 (KST), 3 day(s) before travel date
• 30% refund if canceled by 17 (KST), 1 day(s) before travel date
• No refunds will be issued after the period specified above.
• No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
※ Reservation Change : One change allowed 1 day before by 5PM(KST)
* If the experience is canceled due to natural disasters, Han River conditions, or full capacity, 100% refund is available.
[Rain Policy]
In case of rain, raincoats and mats will be provided, and the tour will proceed with lively music.
(However, if there is a heavy rain warning or if the Han River Authority requests suspension of operations, the tour will be canceled. In such cases, we will notify you by phone.)
One the day of boarding, if it is 'raining', and you don't wish to board, please notify us at least 1 hour before your boarding time. We will assist with a date change or a full refund. (If you don't inform us and fail to show up(No-show), No Refund will be issued.)
