1. After purchasing the experience, check your email/mobile voucher.

2. On the day of the experience, please arrive at the location 10 minutes before. 

3. After presenting your voucher, you will need to fill out the boarding document.

4. Follow the instructions and board the yacht. 

 [Boarding Location] * Please wait at the designated boarding waiting area, not at the entrance of Gate 5.

- Enter through the entrance at Suyeongman Yacht Stadium facing Gate 8. Then walk in the following order: Gate 8 → Gate 7 → Gate 6 → Gate 5. Our location is at Gate 5.

- Once you pass through the gate, continue walking straight toward the sea. You will find “I love you yacht” on the far left at the end of the gate area(pier).

   - Take bus no. 139, 307, 1003 and get off at 'Gyeongnam Marina Apartment' bus stop (same stop as the Gimhae Airport Limousine)

Please park in District 1 and 2 Public Parking Lots at the address above. (We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the redevelopment construction.)

1. Traffic near the Yachting Center can be congested, so please arrive at least 10 minutes before your boarding time.

(Please present your 'iloveyouyacht' booking confirmation voucher at the iloveyouyacht boarding waiting area.)
2. Please be punctual to ensure there are no delays for other reservation teams.

3. As we operate by reservation only, please note that no refunds will be issued in case of No-show or late arrivals. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

4. Customers are responsible for compensation in case of damage to property or any other items due to their actions.

5. Due to weather conditions or special circumstances on the day of the experience, the tour may be unavailable for safety reasons.

6. The tour will operate normally even in rain. (Specially designed rain covers are installed on the 1st and 2nd floors, allowing you to enjoy the tour in the spacious indoor area during rainy weather.)

However, if operations are not possible due to a typhoon, heavy rain advisory, or gale warning, schedule changes or a 100% refund will be available. (Please note that cancellations are not possible due to light rain.)

7. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

8. If the drone show is canceled due to weather conditions, fireworks will be launched at double the usual amount.

9. Red wine is not permitted on the private yacht tour. (White wine is allowed.)
