Program Schedule (Approx. 2 ~ 2.5 hours)
Welcome & K-Table Talk: Enjoy warm welcome tea and snacks while greeting the chef. This is an opportunity to learn about the Korean concept of 'Jeong(情)' and traditional table setting culture.
Chef's Secret Lecture: You'll learn the story behind today's menu and receive the chef's exclusive tips, normally used only in Michelin-starred restaurants.
Hands-on Class: Complete the dishes yourself in a comfortable 100m² kitchen under the chef's attentive guidance. (Beginners are more than welcome!)
Private Dining: Savor the meal you've created, beautifully presented on an atmospheric table setting, paired with soju or a soju cocktail personally paired by the chef.
Chef's Networking: Chat freely with the chef over the meal - share travel stories, get insider recommendations for Seoul's local eateries, and connect like friends.
