2. All sessions are reservation-based, and guests must enter within their designated reservation time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time to accommodate the next customer, and no refunds or cancellations will be offered in such cases.
3. Additional options purchased on-site must be paid for at the time of service.
4. The order of the course may vary depending on on-site conditions. Your understanding is appreciated.
5. Specific therapists cannot be designated. If you have any physical conditions or special requests that should be noted, please include them in the 'Special Requests' section when making your reservation.

Cancellations and changes are allowed up to 2 days before the usage date, with no cancellation fee.

For reservations made 1 day prior to the usage date, changes are not allowed, and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged if canceled.
