With 23 years of experience in researching and running a meat business, we have mastered the secret to wood-fired grilling, allowing you to enjoy wood-fired meat that is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, unlike anywhere else.

We take the highest grade aged meat, fed with barley, and place it directly into the oven at a maximum temperature of over 500 degrees, searing it to lock in the juices while creating a crispy exterior.
Each table is equipped with a grill, allowing you to enjoy the subtle smoky flavor and aroma of charcoal as you cook your meat.
The meat that comes out of the grill has a texture reminiscent of frying, with an abundance of juices, delivering an unparalleled tenderness and rich flavor.
