How to use

1. After selecting an option, book a tour on the desired date.

2. Check your mobile voucher or the voucher sent via email.

※The voucher will be sent after the company confirms your reservation.

3. On the day of the tour, arrive at the meeting place on time and meet your guide.

Notices

1. The schedule may change depending on traffic conditions.

2. If a reservation cannot be made on the reservation date and time depending on the company's situation, our CS team will contact you via email.

3. Pick-up/drop-off locations are only available in the Seoul area.

4. Please write down the exact address of your accommodation, if the address isn't looked up on the map, it may be difficult to make a reservation.

5. One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk email section.

Refund Policy

• Cancellation by 10am(KST) 3 days before the reservation date: 100% refund

• No refund afterwards

• Tour date change(reschedule) after 10AM(KST) one day before the tour:

- A date change fee of 50% of the reservation amount will be charged. However, suppose you submit a medical certificate or prescription issued by a medical institution in the country where the tour takes place. In that case, the fee will be waived only for the individuals specified in the document. The required documents must be submitted within three days of the original tour date(KST).

Refund Policy

• 100% refund if canceled by 10 (KST), 3 day(s) before travel date
• No refunds will be issued after the period specified above.
• No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
