1. Purchase the tour that your desired date.

2. Check mobile voucher or email voucher. 

※ Voucher will be sent after the operator confirm your reservation.

3. Meet the staff at the meeting place on the day of your reservation. 

1. The schedule may change depending on the weather and traffic conditions. 

2. Customers with wheelchairs and strollers should make a reservation via the CS team in advance.

3. Infants under 3 years old are free to board, but no seats occupancy. 

4. If the minimum number of people is not enough on the date of reservation, our CS team will notify you of the cancellation of the tour via email. 

5. From 11 people,  a guide will be followed from the ride of minibus.  Up to 10 people can proceed with Van cars, and a tour expert driver will lead. 

6. If a Korean driver, you can communicate in basic English and translate Chinese and English through the phone call or app.
