2. Check mobile voucher or email voucher.

2. Visit the place freely within 90 days of purchase.

3. Present the voucher at the ticket counter and get an physical ticket.

How to go

Information

[Dynamic Maze]

- Children under 100cm in height cannot experience it.

- Minimum number of experience is 2 people.

- Middle and high school students must bring proof documents such as a 'student card'.

[Running Man Busan]

- All ages are available to use.

- Less than 110cm in height may not be available to use in some experiences.

-Middle and high school students must bring proof documents such as a 'student card'.

[Dynamic Maze + Running Man Package]

- The package must be used on the same day, so please ensure that all services are utilized on the same day.

- Package products cannot be partially refunded after partial use.

- In the case of customers using package products, the guardian cannot replace for enter.

- For customers using package products, it is recommended to visit one hour before the last admission time.

Notice

- You can enter sequentially after issuing an on-site ticket without a separate reservation.

- When using Running Man & Dynamic Maze, children under elementary school age must enter with an adult guardian.

- 5 children can enter per 1 adult guardian.

- The elderly, pregnant women and the disabled have limited, so please contact the experience site in advance.

- Wearing pants and sneakers is recommended.

- For a safe experience, please be sure to understand the guidelines of the staff.

- The experience is once, you cannot give up halfway, and re-entering after completing the experience is impossible.

- Stroller is not allowed.

- Please pay attention to the occurrence of safety accidents caused by structures as a space for dynamic experiences, and we are not responsible for accidents caused by the carelessness of the user.

- Admission waiting times may occur during peak seasons, weekends, and holidays, and it may be closed early depending on the situation.

- We recommend using your locker because your belongings may be lost or damaged.

- Food/ Pets are not allowed and re-entering is impossible after exit.

1) Free Parking : 30 minutes Free (If the parking lot is full so that unavailable for parking, we recommend using public transportation.)

- After free 30 minutes, 1,000 KRW will be charged per 10 minutes.

- Customers who purchase more than 10,000 KRW : 1 hour Free

- Customers who purchase more than 30,000 KRW : 2 hours Free

- Customers who purchase more than 50,000 KRW : 3 hours Free

- Customers who purchase more than 100,000 KRW : 4 hours Free

- Customers who purchase more than 200,000 KRW : 5 hours Free
