我們不是幫助完搭乘後、放任乘客不管的旅遊，在旅遊過程中提供持續的交流和拍照服務。
體驗結束後，直到下船爲止，一起享受，爲留下對韓國、釜山的深刻回憶和印象而竭盡全力。

1. After purchasing the experience, check the email/mobile(app) voucher.
※ Voucher will be sent after the operator confirms your reservation.
※ A separate reservation confirmation email will be sent in the operator's format once the reservation is confirmed. You can check the precautions and items to prepare at this time.
2. On the day of the experience, please arrive at the location at least 20 minutes before.
3. Present the voucher and fill out the boarding registration form.
4. Board the yacht as instructed. Please make sure to bring your ID card.

1. Life jackets are mandatory (provided on the yacht). A fine of 100,000 KRW will be charged for non-compliance.
2. You must fill out a boarding registration form upon boarding (name, date of birth, phone number). Boarding will be denied if the form is not completed. No refund will be issued in this case.
3. Passengers using wheelchairs or strollers must notify us in advance via email. They can board with the assistance of a safety guard, but wheelchairs and strollers must be stored at the boarding area.
4. Pets are allowed to board in a cage.
5. Children under 3 years old can board free of charge. However, for boarding capacity management, please indicate the number of infants under 3 years old when making reservation.
• 50% refund if canceled by 17:00 (KST), 2 day(s) before travel date
• 30% refund if canceled by 17:00 (KST), 1 day(s) before travel date
• No refunds will be issued after the period specified above.
In case of cancellation due to bad weather (rough seas, typhoon, heavy rain, etc.) or reasons on the operator's side (e.g. yacht breakdown), prior notice will be given, and 100% refundable.
