1. Select your preferred rental date and time.

2. Complete all information accurately on the reservation page and finalize your booking. 

3.  Check your voucher.

4. Share your reservation details via one of the channels below, and we will send you the link to the additional information form.

⚠️The additional information form must be completed.

If not completed at least 3 days prior to the rental date, the reservation may be canceled.

5. Please arrive at the meeting point on time and follow the staff's instructions. 

⚠️Passport is required for identity verification! Rentals may be refused if ID is not presented.

7. Return the rental items at the same location as pick-up according to your selected schedule.

8. Rental periods are based on dates, not hours.

     Ex. Rental from May 1 to May 3 = 3-days rental

9. For data backup service, purchase it on the reservation page and send your information via KakaoTalk channel.

- Your data will be uploaded to our cloud within 3 days after item return, and a download link will be sent via KakakoTalk.

⚠️ Please download your data within 7 days,  as the link will expire afterward.

⚠️All data on the device will be deleted and reset the day after return, so if you want a backup, purchase the service and submit your information by the return day at the latest.

2. If rental items are not returned within the agreed period without prior notice, appropriate measures will be taken immediately.

3. To change the rental date, notify CS center by 6 PM the day before your original reservation.

4. To change the pick-up terminal, notify CS center by 6 PM the day before your original reservation.

5. No changes can be made on the day of the reservation.

6. Pick-up and return are available at both T1 and T2, only during the business hours.

7. Minimum rental period is 3 days. Rentals 1 or 2 days will still be charged at the 3-day rate.

8. Business horus :  06:-00 ~ 22:00. (KST)

9. Minor scratches or normal wear and tear will not incur repair fee.

10. In case of loss or permanent damage, 100% of the item's purchase price will be charged.

11. For repairable damages, the repair cost will be billed with the receipt attached to the customer.

12. If additional fees are not paid, rental items are not returned, or no contact is made for 3 days, legal action will be taken.
