Gamcheon Cultural Village

1. On weekends, the entire itinerary may be delayed by 1-2 hours depending on traffic conditions.
2. As for KTX Busan Station Exit 1, it is number 1 based on KTX. Please check the photo of the meeting point.
3. If reservation is not made due to operator's circumstances, we will contact you via email.
4. If the yacht tour gets canceled due to bad weather, the ticket fee will be refunded, or replaced with an alternative course.
During the peak season, the Yacht tour may be replaced by the Songdo Sea Cable Car, depending on availability.
5. Please let us know if you are bringing a stroller or wheelchair.
6. Infants under 3 years old are for free and there are no seats available for them.
7. Sky Capsule Capacity: Each Sky Capsule accommodates up to 4 passengers and may be shared with other guests.
8. One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk email section.
9 The actual boarding time for the Beach Train or Sky Capsule may be adjusted depending on the conditions on the day.
10. Sky Capsule + Oryukdo + Huinnyeoul Culture Village + Gamcheon Culture Village Option is also available with Japanese service.
• No refunds will be issued after the period specified above.
• No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
※ Tour date change(reschedule) after 10AM(KST) one day before the tour:
- A date change fee of 50% of the reservation amount will be charged. However, suppose you submit a medical certificate or prescription issued by a medical institution in the country where the tour takes place. In that case, the fee will be waived only for the individuals specified in the document. The required documents must be submitted within three days of the original tour date(KST).
