3. Arrive on time at the meeting place on the day of the tour and meet the guide.
1. Please arrive 5 minutes before the departure time.
2. Schedule may change according to the traffic or weather conditions.
3. If you have a stroller or wheelchair, please contact in advance.
4. Infant under 36 months can board for free, but no separate seat will be provided.
5. If the reservation is impossible at the date and time you choose depending on the operator's situations, our CS team will contact you via email.
6. During the peak season, the Yacht tour may be replaced by the Songdo Sea Cable Car, depending on availability.
7. Sky Capsule Capacity: Each Sky Capsule accommodates up to 4 passengers and may be shared with other guests.
8. One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk email section.
9. The actual boarding time for the Sky Capsule may be adjusted depending on the conditions on the day.
10. Oryukdo Skywalk and Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory may be closed due to inclement weather or safety conditions. In case of closure, Oryukdo Skywalk will be substituted with the National Maritime Museum or P.ARK, and the Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory itinerary will be adjusted accordingly.
• No refunds will be issued after the period specified above.
• No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
※ Tour date change(reschedule) after 10AM(KST) one day before the tour: A date change fee of 50% of the reservation amount will be charged. However, suppose you submit a medical certificate or prescription issued by a medical institution in the country where the tour takes place. In that case, the fee will be waived only for the individuals specified in the document. The required documents must be submitted within three days of the original tour date(KST).
