Premium Hanbok is the most luxurious option for Hanbok experiences.
Compared to the flashy lace-themed hanbok or character hanbok available at regular stores, you can choose from a premium version of hanbok at the Hanboknam Premium Store.
Additionally, designs like wedding Hanbok, layered skirts (galrae skirt), and can-can skirts are available in the premium line.
These Hanbok are the most suitable for photography and have the most beautiful forms.
When selecting a Premium Hanbok, we provide complimentary accessories, such as hair styling, bags, norigae (traditional ornament), and shoes.

We offer free hairstyling, and additional options can be selected by the customer.
We also sell traditional accessories and souvenirs that are not easily found during your travels in Korea.

1. Choose and purchase the desired option.
2. Check the Email voucher or Mobile voucher.
3. Visit the place freely within 90 days of purchase.
Hanboknam Premium Store is located just a 30 second walk from Exit 4 of Gyeongbokgung Station.
If you pass by the yellow Gyeongbokgung store building and walk a litte further, you'll see the Premium store.
Gyeongbukgung Palace is just a 5 minute walk from the Hanboknam store.
1. Please arrive 1 hour earlier than the scheduled photo shooting time (reserved time) .
(Time needed for changing into Hanbok; e.g. For an 11:00am photo shoot reservation - arrive by 10:00am.)
2. Available sizes for Female : XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL
3. Available sizes for Male : S, M, L, XXL
4. Each customer can choose their desired Hanbok design for 30 minutes.
5. Each customer can try on 2 sets of Hanbok.
6. Please leave your clothes and shoes in the locker.
7. Use the changing room in the store and ask the store staff for assistance with wearing the Hanbok.
8. Late returns will incur additional charges. (Basic Hanbok : 1,000 KRW per 10 minutes / Theme Hanbok : 2,000 KRW per 10 minutes)
9. If you wish to extend your shooting time, you can purchase an additional 1 hour when making the reservation. Extensions on-site are impossible.
10. Additional charges will apply for damaged or lost accessories and locker keys.
11. Participants is only available for customers aged 1 year old or older.
12. The same price applies to all ages.
13. Refunds due to weather conditions are impossible. If desired, we can change to indoor shooting in case of rain.
14. Schedule adjustments due to weather can be made up to 3 days in advance.
15. If you have made a makeup reservation, please arrvie on time.
16. For those who wishto book both makeup and photo shooting, please note that makeup takes about 40 minutes + Hanbok changing takes 30 minutes (approximately 70 minutes in total).
(e.g. If you wish to photo shoot at 11:00am, make a makeup reservation for 9:30am
-> Arrive by 9:30am at the store, get makeup + changing Hanbok, and start photo shooting at 11:00am)
17. The original photos will be sent via email. Please check your spam folder in case it goes there.
18. For retouching and printing services, please inquire with the photographer on-site.
19. If there are any special notices on the day of the photo shoot, we will inform you via email in advance.
20. For outdoor snap photo shoots, Gyeongbokgung Palace is closed on Tuesdays, and shooting will take place at external locations like outside Gyeongbokgung Palace or Gwanghwamun, etc.
Makeup Option Notice
1. Please visit with only skin and lotion applied. (Do not apply sunscreen.)
2. Make sure your hair is fully dried before coming. (If not fully dried, hairstyling may not be possible.)
3. Additional charges will apply for using fake hair.
1. What if I can't visit on the reserved date?
- Please check the store's operating days, and feel free to visit on a different day if needed.
(However, for services like photoshoots or makeup, please ensure you stick to the reserved date and time.)
2. Can unused vouchers be refunded?
- Unused vouchers can be refunded through the purchasing website.
3. Are children's Hanbok available for rent?
- We have hanbok available from age 1 (for both boys and girls).
4. I have a photoshoot reservation, but rain is expected.
- Photoshoots can still take place in the rain. If the outdoor conditions are inconvenient, you can choose an indoor studio photoshoot for up to 30 minutes. If you'd like to change the date, please email us at hanboknams@naver.com at least 2 days in advance.
5. Are there various sizes available?
- We have sizes ranging from XS to plus sizes.
(Male: XXL (waist size 37 inches), Female XXL (bust circumference 130 cm)).
6. Can I change options after arriving at the store?
- Yes, it is possible. (However, please note that any price differences cannot be refunded.) Please ask the staff on-site for guidance.
7. I want to book a photoshoot, but the available slots are not enough.
- In such cases, please email hanboknams@naver.com, and we will assist you with the booking.
• No refunds will be issued after the period specified above.
• No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
