1. The schedule may change depending on weather and traffic conditions.
2. Guests with wheelchairs and strollers must make a reservation in advance with the CS team (op@seoulpass.kr).
3. Children under 3 years old can ride for free, but cannot occupy seats.
4. If the minimum number of participants is not met on the reservation date, our CS team will notify you of the tour cancellation via email.
5. Children between 85cm and 120cm tall and between 48 months and 10 years old must ride the luge with an adult.
6. Among children over 10 years old, only those over 120cm tall can ride the luge alone.
7. Seniors over 65 years old can ride the gondola, but cannot ride the luge.
8. If you would like to ride the luge additionally, please tell the guide on-site before arriving at the luge experience center and you can ride 1 or 2 additional rides at a discounted price.
9. Language support varies depending on the number of participants. Only buses with 25 or more seats will be accompanied by a guide, and for vans with 12 or fewer seats, a Korean driver will be accompanied and Chinese and English interpretation is available via phone or app.
10. According to Korean law, children under 6 years old must use a car seat. Please let us know the number of car seats you need when making a reservation. Additional fees will apply.
11. If the ferry does not operate or the car cannot board the boat, the ride will be taken by road and the amount will not be refunded. The seagull feeding activity will be held on the shore instead.
12. Since seagulls live in the wild and are not bred, there is no guarantee regarding the number of individuals or whether they will appear.
13. If Ganghwa Seaside Resort Luge is not operated due to weather, etc., it will be replaced with another attraction.
