[Luggage Storage Process]

1. Please wait at the meeting point, and a staff will arrvie within 5 minutes. (During operating hours, staff will be stationed near the meeting point. Please wait a moment.)

If you cannot find the staff, please send your information through this link :   https://forholiday.vercel.app/arrival-checkin

2. Please inform the staff of the service you have reserved.

3. Leave your luggage with the staff and receive a baggage tag.

4. Your luggage will be stored in a separate warehouse, located 5 minutes away from the airport.

(If the luggage is stored for only a few hours, it will be stored at the airport.)

[Luggage Pickup Process]

1. Your luggage will be delivered to the meeting point 1 hour before the pickup time written on the baggage tag. The staff will always keep your luggage.

2. If you arrive earlier than expected, by a day or several hours, please note that you may need to wait for over an hour. Please contact CS center by 6pm a day before the pickup date.

※ For any pickup time changes, please contact our CS center by 6:00 p.m. one day before the pickup date.

※ For any changes to the pickup terminal for your luggage, please contact our CS center by 6:00 p.m. one day before the pickup date.

※ On the day of pickup, changes to the pickup terminal or pickup time cannot be made.

3. Luggage storage and pickup are only available during business hours.

※ Luggage storage services are not available for storage/pick-up or return outside of operating hours.

1. Select the desired date and time. 

2. Check your mobile voucher or the voucher sent via email. 

※The voucher will be sent after the business confirms your reservation.

3. Visit the place on the date you booked and tell your name and leave your luggage.

4. Pick up your luggage at the same place according to the purchase option schedule.

※ If you purchase a 1-day rental based on the date, you can pick it up anytime during business hours the next day (Not based on 24 hours)

※ If it is difficult to visit within the business hours, you must contact the ForHoliday in advance. if you leave your luggage without contact, we are not responsible for the loss and a refund is impossible.

※ Even if your reservation is not confirmed, you can keep your luggage by presenting the booking history you received at the counter. (Except visits at nonbusiness hours or items that are impossible to store such as ski equipment)

1. Stored luggage is insured up to $800 for damage and/or loss. .

2. Operating hours : 5am - 10pm(T2) / 5am - 11pm(T1)

3. Size classification

- Cabin Size: Any luggages under 24 inches

- Cargo Size: Any luggages over 25 inches

* Special items such as golf bags, skis, snowboards, bicycle bags, and surfboards cannot be stored.

4. To change the pickup time, you must contact CS center by 6PM(KST) the day before the pickup date. 

5. To change the pickup terminal, you must contact CS center by 6PM(KST) the day before the pickup date. 

6. Requests to change the pickup terminal or pickup time cannot be made on the day of pickup.
