1. After purchase, please check the mobile voucher or email voucher.

2. Feel free to visit within the expiration date.

3. Please exchange the ticket to redeem the barcode or input the barcode number to the kiosk located indoor side 1st floor.

※ The smaller one of the two sheets of paper that come out when you redeem a ticket is the admission ticket. 

 ※ Please be careful about losing the admission ticket other than the receipt.

4. Take the escalator to the 2nd floor and present the admission ticket, enter the Water Park Gate. 

• Go out the Subway line no.3 Juyeop Station Exit no. 4 and Turn left at the intersection, and Go straight about 10 minutes 

1.  It is first-come, first-served admission system, admission may be restricted if the maximum capacity is exceeded.

2. You must wear a swimming cap when using the Water Park, you can also wear baseball cap, headscarves, etc. (No sun cap) 

3. All foods and mats are not allowed except food for patient and baby.

4. Usage fees (Food and Beverages, Rental fees) incurred in the park, you can use it with a locker key (electronic key) and it's post-paid system.

5. Operating hours are partially adjusted and changed according to the season and event conditions. 

6. Attractions in Outdoor Water Park are open only in the summer.

7. Please return the life jacket to the jacket rental office after using it.

8. Sunbeds and Cabanas are paid facilities. You can use these after purchase.

9. You must keep your valuables in the valuables self-storage box. We are not responsible for the items that you'd not store.

10. You cannot re-enter after settlement.

11. If you lose the Water Park locker key (electronic key), you have to report it to the staff immediately and pay a loss fee of 25,000 KRW.

12. Snorkeling, Swim fins, and tubes exceeding 130cm are not allowed.

13. Air-injected life jacket without buoyancy are not allowed to use in Wave Pool, Lazy Pool. (Including air-injected aids on the arm)

14. Other than Aqua shoes, you cannot wear outdoor slippers or sneakers.

15. Barcodes will be sent for each option, not for each purchase, and partial use or refund is impossible.
