1. Reservation Availability: If your requested date and option are unavailable, the Travolution Customer Service Team will contact you via email or phone.

2. Group Session: This is not a private class, so you may be participating with other guests.

3. Punctuality: Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts. If you are late, it may be difficult to join the session.

4. Bringing Personal Makeup (Optional): Bringing the makeup products you typically use will allow for a more personalized coaching session.

5. For Accurate Analysis: Wearing makeup or colored/circle lenses can make the color analysis less precise. For the most accurate results, we highly recommend coming with a bare face (no makeup) and wearing clear contact lenses.

6. Early Closing: Reservations may close early. If your preferred slot is fully booked, we will send you an email to request a schedule change, so please keep an eye on your inbox.

7. Cancellation Policy: If a reservation change cannot be accommodated, your booking may be cancelled.

8. Space Limitation: Due to limited space, only one accompanying guest per person is allowed to wait at the venue.

9. Daily Makeup & One-Day Masterclass: Please note that the 'Daily Makeup' and 'One-Day Masterclass' do not include personal color analysis. These sessions focus strictly on your makeup concerns. (An additional fee will apply if you wish to add personal color analysis.)

10. One-Day Masterclass Duration: The One-Day Masterclass is a hands-on, practice-based session that takes up to 4 hours. Please keep this in mind when planning your schedule.
