1. Get off at Exit 2 by the left door of Seoul Grand Park Station (Subway line 4) and go straight.
2. If you see the main building, turn right and go straight.
3. Please visit the Sky Lift Restaurant building.
4. Find the Online Ticket Exchange place next to the GS25 convenience store on the left side of the building.
5. Please exchange the ticket to Sky Lift boarding pass, and Seoul Zoo Entrance Ticket at the Online Ticket Exchange place.
1. The baby stroller can be boarded (free of charge).
2. Three adults can ride on 1 Sky Lift carrying infants with them, you have to hold the baby.
3. You need to purchase Rose Garden Entrance Ticket on site. (Adults 2,000 KRW)
4. The National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Korea is free of charge. Enjoy popular works, such as Baek Nam-Joon’s Video Art, Yayoi Kusama’s “Pumpkin” and other works for free. There is also a nice restaurant inside, so it is good to have lunch there.

5. Depending on the weather, animals may not come out.
6. The lift may not be operated due to bad weather (high winds, lightning, etc.) or mechanical inspection.
7. The boarding of Sky Lift closes 30 minutes before the closing hour.
8. Sky Lift schedule may change on weekends/holidays.
9. Under 10 years old or those with mobility difficulties, and other caregivers must be accompanied by at least one guardian per two to board, and boarding may be limited by the judgment of the site safety manager.
Open year-round without any days off (365 days a year), and entry to the zoo (including the theme garden) is allowed until one hour before closing time.
Animal viewing may be moved indoors or prohibited without notice due to the animals' condition or other weather-related circumstances.
Please pay attention to the protection and safety of infants when accompanied by children.
The park is not responsible for accidents caused by the negligence of guests.
Please refrain from entering the flower beds when taking photos in the theme garden to protect the flowers.
Pets, kickboards, bicycles, electric wheels, electric cars (toys), inline skates, balls, tents, and other items are prohibited from being brought into the zoo and theme garden. If you have any of these items, entry will not be allowed.
Strollers and wheelchairs are allowed for entry
Excludes guide dogs for the blind (Inquiries: Customer Service Center 02-500-7335)
High-value items such as pets and electric vehicles are not stored at the zoo and theme garden.
Seoul Grand Park is designated as a non-smoking area throughout its entire premises, and a fine of 100,000 KRW will be imposed for violations.
Bicycles, motorcycles, inline skates, scooters, and other similar activities are prohibited within the park.
Please refrain from actions that may disturb other visitors in the park. (Loud noises, sleeping, aggressive behavior, damaging the grass or flower beds, wearing shoes with wheels, etc.)
Cooking activities and the installation of tents, shade structures, etc., are prohibited in the park.
Please do not litter for the sake of maintaining a clean park.
When bringing pets into the park, please ensure they are on a leash and clean up after them.
A fine of up to 600,000 won may be imposed in accordance with the Animal Protection Act for violations.

Please ensure safety measures such as leashes and muzzles for aggressive dogs.
(Violations will incur fines of 200,000 won for the first offense, 300,000 won for the second, and 500,000 won for the third or more. Aggressive dogs under 3 months old may not be required to wear muzzles.)

- Tosa dogs and their mixed breeds
- American Pit Bull Terrier and its hybrids
- American Staffordshire Terrier and its mixed breeds
- Staffordshire Bull Terrier and its mixed breeds
- Rottweilers and their mixed breeds
- Dogs that are likely to attack and injure people
Please be sure to clean up after your pet.
(Fines: 50,000 KRW for the first offense, 70,000 KRW for the second, and 100,000 KRW for the third and subsequent offenses)
We would like to inform you that dogs are not allowed to enter the facilities, including the zoo and theme gardens, at Seoul Grand Park.
For filming and recording within Seoul Grand Park, you must consult with the person in charge (02-500-7031) in advance and submit a filming permit application form at least two weeks prior to your planned schedule.
When submitting a filming permit application for Seoul Grand Park, you must attach a photo of the desired filming location.
