Korean Alphabet Silver Jewelry Making Workshop
This workshop offers an opportunity to create your own unique silver jewelry with your own design using Korean alphabet (Hangeul). The Korean jewelry created in the workshop will become one-of-a-kind creations that will be the best souvenir to keep the joy of your visit to Korea.
The Korean alphabet letters used in the workshop are units made by the studio with silver, so it cannot be purchased on the market. Also, the silver ‘soldering process’ is a metal craft technique that requires skilled works, so you have to make it with an expert. On this tour, an expert teacher teaches you one by one.
The workshop for creating silver jewelry using Korean alphabet is a unique and special experience that cannot be found in other experiential programs.
Think about what word you want to make jewelry with. Your name, the name of your loved one, or words you want to remember are all good. And choose what kind of jewelry you want to make. If you have chosen one of the five jewelry items (necklace, earrings, bracelet, keychain, brooch), you are now entering the world of jewelry making. Korean jewelry can have various designs depending on the arrangement of Korean alphabet (consonants/vowels). You can create an attractive design with your own unique characteristics even with the same word.
When the design is completed, each consonant and vowel is fixed with silver solder, the silver surface is cleaned and polished. Designing in Korean -> Soldering -> Organizing with sandpaper -> Polishing. Through this process, silver jewelry is completed.
Our studio provides jewelry made of silver (925, Sterling Silver) that are produced using Korean consonants and vowels. You can choose your favorite font from Gothic and Handwritten style fonts.
‘Silver soldering’ is a highly skilled metalworking technique required during the production process. However, even those who are new to metalworking can easily learn and experience it to create high-quality and wonderful products.

• Introduction of the class → Designing Korean Alphabet pieces → Silver soldering → Finishing up with sandpaper → Polishing → Photo shoot
Due to the continuous rise in silver prices since 2025, we have updated our service policy as follows to maintain the high quality of our handcrafted products.
1. Korean Character (Silver) Crafting Standards
All Korean characters are crafted from Sterling Silver. The base price (75,000 KRW) includes up to 2 Korean syllables.
Base: Up to 2 syllables (e.g., 'Jenny' → '제니' is 2 syllables).
Additional Charge: 20,000 KRW per extra syllable starting from the 3rd syllable.
Please note: Pricing is based on the number of Korean syllables, not English alphabet letters.
2. Basic Chain (Silver-plated)
For customers making necklaces or bracelets, a Silver-plated chain is provided as standard.
3. Solid Silver Chain Upgrade
If you wish to upgrade to a Solid Silver chain, an additional fee will apply. Please request this during your visit.
Price vary depending on the type of chain and start from a minimum of 40,000 KRW.
1. This workshop is a program in which participants make their own hands with experience tools and materials.
2. Children over 6 years old can participate in the workshop. However, children aged 6 to 13 should participate with their guardians.
3. The workshop sets the base price based on the number of Korean syllables, not the number of English alphabets. Three syllables in Korean (e.g. Michael ‘마 이 클’) are the standard price. For four or more syllables in Korean (e.g. Olivia ‘올 리 비 아’), an additional fee of 10,000 won per syllable is charged.
4. Silver necklace chains (41cm / 45cm / 50cm, choose one) will be given to those who make necklaces.
5. Custom orders are available - if you want a professional to make it for you rather than making it yourself, or if the schedule is full, please order the product. We will discuss the design with you through messages and make it according to your desired design. You can visit the studio at a convenient time to pick up your ordered Jewelry.
6. For those who want to make several items during the workshop, we offer a discount (65,000 Won for each additional item/ 10,000 Won discount). You can pay by card or cash at the studio.
7. Workshop participants receive a tax exemption when purchasing products sold at the studio, and receive a 10% discount (excluding discounted items).
8. The workshop will be conducted in English, Japanese, and Korean. However, those who are not good at English or Korean can also experience it. We have prepared an 'AI translator' to enable communication in the language of your choice.
