2. Pool Break Time

• Operates for 50 minutes / 10 minutes break (announcement broadcast starts at 47 minutes past the hour each hour)

* Event pool and other facilities are available for use.

3. Entry Restrictions

• Entry may be temporarily restricted in cases of congestion or safety concerns.

• The summer season and weekends, in particular, can be very crowded.

1. After purchasing the product, please check the mobile voucher or email voucher.

2. Please arrive on the designated date.

3. Scan the voucher individually at the foreigner ticket booth (located on the left side of the information desk).

4. When scanning the QR code, an admission voucher for the entire number of people will be printed.

5. If you present it to the staff, you can receive a personal locker number ticket for each person.

6. Lockers are open for 20 minutes after entering and must be used within 20 minutes.

7. Put the shoes according to the number on the locker number ticket, pull out the key, and use the locker.

* Last admission is 2 hours before operating hours.(Water Park 17:00 / Jimjilbang 19:00)

[How to buy food and supplies after entering]

- Payment can be made with a locker key and then a postpaid settlement will proceed when you leave.

- Please settle the payment afterward at the settlement office located in the same location as where you entered.

- We do not provide swimming equipment rental services. Please bring your swimming equipment before visiting or purchase it at the swimming equipment store in the water park.

[How to exit]

- After the settlement, the shoe locker will be opened.

1. Present the locker key and complete the settlement at the settlement office.

2. Even if there is no settlement amount, please check the settlement at the settlement office.

3. Use your locker key to retrieve your shoes and exit.

* If you carry the locker key when you leave, a warning will be sounded. Please be careful. *

1. Towels are not provided separately when you purchase a Water Park ticket.

• Must purchase : Jimjilbang clothes (5,000 KRW)

• Optional purchase : 2 towels (1,000 KRW) 

• You can use the Jimjilbang without towels.

2. Clothes for Jimjil are not included when you purchase a Water Park ticket. 

3. When you purchase a Jimjilbang ticket, jimjilbang clothes and 2 towels will be provided.

4. Ticket redemption of SeaLaLa Water Park can be up to 2 hours before the last admission time (Water Park: before 17:00, Jimjilbang: before 19:00).

5. The usage time is 12 hours, and an excess fee of 1,000 KRW per hour will be charged if it is exceeded.

6. Up to 2 children under 36 months can enter free of charge, and documents (passports, etc.) must be presented to confirm their age.

7. Children over the age of 5 or taller than 100 cm cannot take a gender-mixed bath, and must enter according to each male and female bath.

8. Children and infants must be accompanied by a guardian to enter the swimming pool.

9. To prevent safety accidents, children under 13 years old are restricted from using all facilities without a guardian.

10. Children under 13 years old must wear a life jacket.

11. We do not rent swimming supplies. 

12. Please bring tubes, life vests, etc. individually or purchase them at the swimming supply store.

 13. Swimsuit (rash guard, etc.) and swimming cap (baseball hat) are required when using SeaLaLa Water Park. (Not used instead of sun cap or SeaLaLa towel).

14. You cannot use or bring water guns, rubber tubes (general tubes available), boats (more than 1m and blocked on the floor), personal swimming items (flippers, snorkeling, etc.), and mats.

15. Do not enter the water within 30 minutes of eating.

16. For drinkers, those with eye diseases, skin diseases, and infectious diseases, and those with heart disease, pregnant women, the elderly, high blood pressure, and diabetes, please refrain from using it.

17. SeaLaLa facilities may be subject to restrictions on the number of people entering for disease prevention and water quality management. In this case, cancellation or refund is possible.

18. Outside food is prohibited.

19. Please make sure to eat food only in the Food Court. You cannot eat inside the Water Park.

20. Running pool and Swimming pool in the Water Park always maintain the water temperature at 31 degrees, the Event spa maintains the water temperature at 37-38 degrees, and the internal indoor temperature at 27 degrees.

21. We are not responsible for accidents that occurred because you did not comply with the compliance.

22. Entrance will be closed 2 hours before the operating hours. (Waterpark 17:00 / Jimjilbang 19:00)

[Subway]

1. Walk 7 minutes from Subway line 2 Mullae Station Exit 4 (433m)

  Pass the gate of Mullae Station and find Exit 4 → Get out of Exit 4 and the right side → From the front of Exit 4 of Mullae Station to the left → Go straight toward the Byeoksan Megatrium → After passing the Homeplus parking lot → Passing the Byeoksan Megatrium pine forest → Cross the traffic light and walk along the sidewalk → You can see the SK Leaders View building. → Cross the crosswalk to check the SeaLaLa sign, take the elevator to go B2F. Then you can see the SeaLaLa entrance. (Unavailable to use escalator)

2. Walk 12 minutes from Subway line 1 Yeongdeungpo Station Exit 5 (715m)

[Parking]

1. Free parking is available for 12 hours for Water Park customers and 6 hours for Jimjilbang customers.

2. Please request a parking ticket at the settlement office when you leave.

3. Parking fees will be charged if you do not leave within 20 minutes with the parking ticket you received upon leaving. 

4. Free parking is available only when using the B3F parking lot in the building.

5. It will be charged an excess fee of 1,000 KRW per 30 minutes if free usage time is exceeded. 

6. In the case of weekends, the parking lot may be full early due to parking in the wedding hall.
